Been there 2 years. On the plus side, maintenace staff is superb. Always fix things in a timely fashion. Am sure they are swamped with requests, though, as appliances are very old.
Manager - overall, nice lady, but gossips too much and doesn't take overall picture into consideration when a complaint is made. Just think she's tired of same crap, different day -- would wear thin on anyone.
Overall, most tenants pleasant and very nice to deal with. You get a one/two bad apples in the bunch that ruin it for everyone else from time to time, and that gets frsutrating. Unfortunately, don't foresee renewing lease after this one is up and it's a shame as the location can't be beat.
