Scottsdale Meadows Apartments

Current Resident-Nice Place to Live From: ChiPrncs1873 Date posted: 8/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived here for a month now, and I like it. The complex is always well kept (although I do agree that the landscapers start a bit early on Mondays!). I haven't seen any cockroaches yet, and I'm hoping it stays that way. For the most part it's quiet, neighbors are respectful, etc. I just moved to Scottsdale from out of state, so I was hoping this complex had more of a sense of community but so far it seems everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. I'm hoping when it gets a bit cooler out people sit on their patios or balconies more so that there is an opportunity to meet more people. Location is great, close to everything. Managment/Office staff is very helpful and friendly. Rent is fair!
