Solid Bargain From: Hello510 Date posted: 2/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Service is extremely friendly, rates are as good or better than anything you'll find in the area, or even the valley. People are blown away when I tell them what I pay. Quiet area, I feel safe even after coming home very late. Convenient to much goings-on... Old town is less than 7 miles away, but far enough that you don't get the drunks stumbling around, much like I did when I lived near Miller & Camelback. Pamela Godsil and (I forget the other woman's name- all apologies) have been nothing but wonderful in the 13 months I've lived here. Highly recommended.
