I'm lovin' it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The property is very well kept & quiet. A fantastic small apartment community with decent ammenities. I love the free video rentals!!! Management is alright & maintenance works hard to be pleasing. Rent prices are on average with other apartments near by or a little lower. Great location for Scottsdale Culinary Institute and Scottsdale Community College students.
