Awesome Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I've lived at Scottsdale Serrento for almost 6 months now. I think they are great apartments. Move in day went smoothly, I had no problems whatsoever. My apartment was very clean & even had brand new carpeting. The managers in the office are very friendly & you can tell they really care about the residents. I've only had to call maintenance once about a very minor issue and they responded immedietly. I've had no problems with pests or insects at all. The parking is great. There are always plenty of extra spots for your visitors. The upkeep is excellent too. They are older apartments, and so they don't look as modern as some of the other complexes in scottsdale. But they are kept up extremely well. There isn't trash lying around, & the landscaping is always done. I would definetly recommend these apartments to anyone who is considering moving here.
