Please disregard the very negative post made in May. Scottsdale Springs is NOT an apartment complex. They are individually owned and some owned by companies. I currently live here as an owner. The buildings and grounds are VERY well maintained. The HOA board members can be a bit picky about noise and small things, BUT this only makes it a better place to live and is driving the value up, which is good if you are a homeowner here. Individual experiences will vary because a renter may be dealing with a single owner, or a management company. Stop by and check out to property for yourself!
