Great location....if you can stand the managment!

This complex is beautifuly maintained and in a perfect location if you like walking to shops, restaurants and parks. BUT the place is a little TOO managed...if you lease one of these privatly owned condos through the local rental agency you have both the rental management people and the HOA on-site managers on your case about EVERYTHING. Not the place to live if you like your privacy or generally want to be left alone. I never had any personal issues with either so I am not talking from jaded experiece, but you can't help but feel overwhelmed by the flurry of brightly colored signs plastered all over the grounds telling you what you can't do or else! Rent here only if you want impecibly groomed grounds at ANY price...including your privacy and freedom!
