These are privately owned condominiums, so everyones experience will be different. Reading the previous posts I am a bit confused by the complaints towards management. When living in any community, you still have to abide by laws and use common sense. This place has 200 units packed together. So of course you're going to get in trouble if you blare your music at 11 pm. Signs have to be placed to remind the idiots that don't have common sense. If you don't respect others around you, buy a house and stay away. Have some sense people. Following rules don't mean you loose privacy. This place is awesome. And I am a renter by the way.

Thank you. I totally like your response. I think problems witj residents/neighbors arise when some don't have "common sense" or are simply main too ignorant/inconsiderate t use it! The value of a community always goes down when the residents act like inconsiderate/ignorant morons who exercise little or no common sense and/or respect towards their neighbors and community.
