Let me give you a list of things that SUCK about SCOTTSDALE ------- SPRINGS!!!!
- I have asked for maintenance to come and fix practically everything in this apartment because its falling apart. I have been here for a year and have had 5 work orders....NO ONE HAS EVER CAME!
- The people who live in these apartments are either drug Delores or -------s. You can't walk out side with out tons of music and cigarette smoke in your face.
- They are remodeling the apartments but they do such a ------ job. Everything looks like they did it in one day. There is no real work going on around here. Another thing, the models look amazing. I wish they spend that kind of time on the real live in ones because everyone would want to live in them, but if you go into an available one. The paint looks like ---- and the crown molding looks like a drunk did it.
- If you go to the office and ask a simple question, they sit there and look at you as if you asked them how to fix a heart or something. We were told one thing and then were told something different when we went back.
- I refereed a friend and they ripped him off. They only gave him 1/2 month off when the deal is 2 months off . Plus they told him that they did a walk through, through his apartment and said it was ready. When he walked in, the washer and dryer were not hooked up and was sitting in his living room and his air conditioner was all open and showing its parts. HOW ARE YOU TO RECOMMEND PEOPLE IF THEY GET RIPPED OFF!!
- These apartments are a joke! The maintenance is scary and if you walk your dog and you forget a bag you have like 5 people screaming at you because your a young adult who cant clean up after her self. ITS A ------- JOKE AROUND HERE!
- I have lived in a couple of apartments growing up and I have never been so shocked at how horrible these apartments are. They half ass everything around here and the office people act like these apartments are like north scottsdale material.
Yes the location is awesome but if living here is such a nightmare I would rather live somewhere else.
Plus, I have asked people about these apartments and they all say the same thing. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
The only reason there are nice comments up about this apartment complex is because they are giving us $25 off our next months rent. IM TELLING YOU! Don't move into these. Rent a house or something cause nothing ever gets done once you have signed that contract.

Dude this is a condo comples not an apartment complex.. So that means there is NO management!!! Are you sure you are not the one on drugs ??? Look at the picture is that your apartment ,,,lol you got the wrong place.. I think you are talking about the apartments at 7791 E Osborn Rd
