DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY.. THIS IS THE WORST COMMUNITY I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. I MOVED HERE LAST YEAR AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING FIXED! THE OFFICE IS A BUNCH OF IDIOTS WITH NO CLUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ACT LIKE YOUR INVISIBLE WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE OFFICE AND OVER THE PHONE THEY ARE RUDE AND UNCARING. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER OUR AIR CONDITIONER STARTED TO LEAK LOTS OF WATER AND WHEN I CALLED THE OFFICE THEY TOLD ME TO JUST STICK A BOWL UNDER IT BECAUSE THAT WAS "NORMAL" I HAD TO CATCH A MAINT MAN AND MAKE HIM TAKE A LOOK AT THE AC SINCE I KNEW THAT WAS DEFINATLEY NOT NORMAL. WE NEVER USED OUR DISHWASHER BECAUSE THERE WAS SEWAGE COMING UP FROM IT. IT SMELLED SO BAD THAT WHEN THE MAINTENANCE FINALLY CAME INTO THE APARTMENT AND OPENED UP THE DISHWASHER THEY LEFT ALMOST THROWING UP BEFORE FIXING IT THE NEXT DAY. WHEN WE FIRST MOVED INTO THE APARTMENT WE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE TO COME INTO THE APARTMENT TO RE WIRE THE CABLE SO WE COULD HAVE COX SET UP OUR INTERNET, CABLE AND PHONE. ANYTIME THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE APARTMENT THE OFFICE WAS COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE THEY NEVER SHOWED ANY CONSIDERATION FOR US. THEY ALSO HAVE NEW PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ALL THE TIME IN THE MIDDLE OF LEASING OUR APARTMENT THE MAN WHO WAS TAKING CARE OF THE PAPERWORK SUDDENLY QUIT AND WE HAD TO RE-SEND ALL OF OUR PAPERWORK. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE ITS REALLY NOT WORTH IT TO LIVE HERE NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!

ALSO THEY PAY PEOPLE TO SAY GOOD THINGS ON THESE WEBSITES SO THAT SHOULD SAY SOMETHING IN ITSELF!!

I strongly agree!! I too had the bowl under my ac unit for 2 months!! And that was only when it worked, it went out five times during August. Oh and I also had no hot water 6 seperate times, when I tried to shower for work in the morning. I hate this place

THATS THE SAME THING AS US TOO WHEN WE MOVED IN OUR GUEST BATHROOM WOULD SOMETIMES NOT EVEN ANY WATER OR ONLY HOT OR ONLY COLD... THE FAUCET AND FIXTURE WERE BROKEN THE WHOLE YEAR WE LIVED THERE IT WAS A GAMBLE TO EVEN SHOWER IN THERE.. WHEN WE HAD GUESTS IN OUR HOUSE THEY WOULD ALL HAVE TO USE OUR MASTERBATHROOM AND IT WAS ALWAYS A BIG HASSLE FOR EVERYONE TO SHOWER IN THE SAME BATHROOM I HATE THAT PLACE TOO

I totally agree! We waited 2 months or longer before the cable, internet and phone worked- cox said it was apartments, apartments said it was cox. My hubby finally rewired it himself to keep from paying cox to! We had scalding hot water for the first month and half, I had only 1 bathroom so only option to give my 3 kids a bath was to put scalding hot water in tub and then cold water from the sink in kitchen or give them a bath in sink. The baby was ok with sink bathing but my 5 and 4 yr old were too big to really fit. We had a complaint about my dog barking when we came home from work and school (she'd meet us at door happy to see us and yelp) yet we had 3 small kids and had to put up with music being blasted all hours of the night! There must be some kind of mold prob cause ever since we moved in we've stayed sick, worse than we've ever been sick. All the sliding glass mirrors and patio doors stick and you can barely open or close it. A/c doesn't work right. Our apartment stayed hot during summer no matter where we put the temp reading...it's December now and air is off and it's still burning up in here. The ceiling fans dont work properly and squeak all night; waking my autistic son up. When we made complaint they came in and changed the direction switch and said it was fixed. NO they need to REPLACE them. The fans look to be 15 yrs old!
