The negative reviews seem to be about the apartments located just south of the condos by the same name where I have heard some negative things. I have owned a condo here since 2000 and absolutely love the location. You can walk to everything in Old town. My place is on the golf course and the views are great. The grounds are well kept and very comfortable to come home to. The only negative is the noise from upstairs tenants if their unit is tiled. Not too bad but noticeable if they walk heavy.
I love the layout of the units and have had much less room in a larger place. The pantry off the kitchen is really handy.
