Don't be confused...Two different Complexes in Scottsdale

It is very confusing because there are two complexes with the same name. Most of the negative comments on this site are talking about the APARTMENT complex called Scottsdale Springs...The CONDO complex with the same name located off of Main Street is awesome and I have not seen many complaints. Each unit is individually owned, so I think the people who live here take more pride in their complex and have a personal stake in the community. The location is great because it is right on the greenbelt, yet close enough to walk to downtown Scottsdale. The landscaping is always kept up and the pools are always clean.
