It is a good price for the location, which is within walking distance of some of Scottsdale's nightlife and right next to the Greenbelt bikepath. The three largest downsides are: (1) It is not the safest place as the gates are never closed. My car was broken into once and items were stolen and the office staff showed little concern. (2) The office staff is friendly but not very helpful. I have tried to fax things and have had no follow up. Also, I once called and asked for the fax number, only to call and find out that their fax was not working, which they neglected to mentionon on the phone. (3) The apartments are old. The carpet in mine could not have been replaced, as it had a funny smell. Things broke often - like the garbage disposal and the fan in the bathroom.
