Not So Bad... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have lived at Scottsdale Greens for the last seven months and am surprised by all of the negative comments written. I guess most people only have something to say if they are unhappy... I chose to live at Scottsdale Greens because of the price and location. It is in the heart of Old Town at a close proximity to everything: shopping, dining, outside recreation and nightlife. For the price you pay you really can't beat it! I recognize that Scottsdale Greens is an older apartment complex and with that come some problems. Luckily, I have had very good luck with the maintenace and leasing staffes. All of my concerns have been handled in a timely manner. So...if you are looking for an inexpensive apartment in a great location, I do recommend Scottsdale Greens
