suspicious about mgmt comments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived with my girlfriend there, after few months I ahd to move out 'cause of the noise. Walls are paper-thin and you could hear your neighbours fart, screw and so forth on. Maintenance was almost non-existent, you could put a request for clean-up the carpeting (the apt. was leased with a stain and the promise to clean it right away) or fix up the shower and nothing would happen. My girlfriend moved at the end of the lease term and she swore never to go back. FYE: Be careful about the positive comments, they might come from mgmt, their friends or families. good luck, you need it!
