I currently live at the Scottsdale Greens and it is not that bad. We have a few issues with neighbors upstairs but things have calmed down. When we have called about issues in the apartment they have been there within a few hours and have fixed the problem. They could do better with the parking. Cars are parked in the same spots for days.
