There is new management which is a plus considering the ----- who ran the place before was enough to make me look for a new place. Parking is insufficient, theres paint peeling everywhere in my apartment, the carpet is old and disgusting, the kitchen appliances need to be updated cause their're old and water-rot. Its a pretty sick place to live but hey im poor and can't afford anything else.
