HORRIBLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   my biggest complaint is the maintenance & how long it's taken to get things fixed. my dishwasher flooded (and I don't mean just a little water, I mean *flooded*) and the guy asked me what if I was using the right detergent. the entryway tile was broken and it took WEEKS to get that fixed. they are horrible at responding to requests, and the office is ridiculous to deal with. they don't know what they're doing and they have more excuses than I've ever heard in my life. you can't ever talk to the manager, and god help you if one staff member tells you something and the next one changes their mind - they don't care one bit. my lease is up soon and I'm going on a month to month until I can find somewhere else - it's the worst place I've ever lived.
