I have lived here since march. The sink in the bathroom was rotted out and the paint in my patio is peeling , they still havent fixed it.
The maintence guy that came to fix the sink lived in my apartment for 4 years before i moved in and scared the crap out of me and my roomate by telling us that his mother died in my bedroom!and Then proceed to swear and yell at the sink. I had to wait until last month to get the mirror closet doors that were supposed to be in when I moved in. My air conditioner broke completely so maintence came to "fix" it , it now leaks everytime i turn it on, so maintence came to "fix" it again and now they won't come back to my apartment at all.

Over all I am very dissappointed that my FIRST home that I have rented was the Scottsdale Greens!! The grounds looks like crap on the inside of the complex, maintence is a complete nightmare, and everything is falling apart in the apartments themselves and not to mention the noise of all of my neighbors, they sound like elephants! I can't wait to move out!!!!!
