Lived There for 6 Months! HELL!!!!

The people that work at the office are completely incompetent and unhelpful. Scottsdale Greens asks alot from the residents with such bad service but quick to make you pay without an understanding or even an invoice for that matter. Professionalism is not in their dictionary nor is customer service. If you are looking to rent pay the extra 200 to 300 dollars at another apartment complex for better service. All this place offers is headaches and idiocy!!! If you are trash this is the place for you. But if you like a nice apartment, do not live here. You can hear your neighbors go to the bathroom, their alarm clock, TV, etc. Our windows rattled every time someone closed a door!! It was 6 months of hell....and then when our lease was up, our rent jumped from $700 to $960!!
