Where do I begin' Well, when my sister and I saw the model, we thought it was great. Big Mistake!!!! Our actual apartment was a total --------!!!! First of all, the countertop in our kitchen was completely stained a disgusting brown in certain spots. When we asked about it the front office said, "Oh the guy that lived there before had an expresso machine that spilled. We tried getting it off though." However, there was no mention of replacing the countertops! The "security gates" were a joke! They were never closed the entire 3 months we were there! The "master" bedroom had a gigantic bubble on the ceiling from years of leaking. I seriouly thought the entire bedroom ceiling was going to burst at any time! The closet doors were off the hinges and actually fell on us in the middle of the night! The carpet was disgusting! It had white stains all over it. We think it might have been bleach, but we weren't sure! Every time it would rain, it was like we had our own personal lake...on our balcony! It seriously flooded into the living room. That made our carpet even more attractive. When carrying on a conversation, we had to actually yell over the AC every time it came on. We had to turn the t.v. to the highest volume it could go..no joke! We could not take it anymore. We rented in June and were out in August. Because of this, we had to pay rent for 8 more months! At that point, we didn't care, we just wanted out!!!! We're warning you that this place is a dump!!! The office staff is the biggest bunch of retards you can imagine...and there were different idiots every time we went to pay rent! Run away!!!!!

Reading this review brings back old memories ~ and not good ones! I too had the issues of the flooding balcony. In fact, at one point a little old lady lived below us and our balcony actually partially collapsed - wood, nails and all. If she would have been down there at the time it may have killed her. And what did they do? A few additional boards were nailed up to hold up the decaying wood that previously fell. And the closet doors! If you have never been fit by a falling 100 pound mirrored door, let me tell you! It almost knocked me out when I was getting ready to go out to the Opera with my husband. The best part ~ we had pictures before and in these photos you can see the forming bruise across my temple. Another fun tidbit ~ we at one point had a dryer repair man come out to repair our dryer that kept going out. He said point blank to me that I was lucky to be alive, as our dryer had apparently caught fire but was contained by the unit! And then he told the maintenance that they needed to get someone to clean the duct work asap as it was a fire waiting to happen. I lived at the apartment 6 more months and the duct work was never cleaned. SO GLAD TO BE OUT!

I lived there for one year 2004-2005 and had so many problems after reading your review I was reminded of some of my trouble I to had on my upstairs balcony, I also had a flooding problem with water damaged floor boards that were warped and too dangerous to walk on. Finally after asking the office staff almost daily for about one month to fix my balcony, they did send a repairman … who only replaced the damaged boards but did not paint them at all my balcony looked like a patchwork so the new boards quickly began to get damaged as well I had informed the apartment manager about the paint she told me that maintenance would stop by ASAP… hmmm… they never showed up. I put in my notice and moved out soon after this … However the worst problems were the dog poop not being picked up all over the property the loud parties, people being loud past hours in the pool area and the ANTS that seamed to be everywhere!
