i have never lived in a more ghetto apartment within the scottsdale area. the management has nothing to do but sit on their fat asses while making you stand around before acknowledging you are even in the same room. cars have been damaged over night. there have been gun shots and multiple cops in and out of the complex daily. this is a "gated" community with gates that never work. the grounds are filthy. the maintenance people are worthless.
they are now jumping the rent to over $700... if you like all of the above and find that to be luxury. MOVE IN. if you'd like your things to never be ruined by floods, or idiots whom livin in the area... i suggest you find another place FAST. it gets worse and worse every day.
