The management at Scottsdale Greens are among the biggest idiots on the planet. When you go to sign your lease they don't even know what the terms of the lease are or what the legal terms mean. They want you to sign off on things that are untrue, such as the receipt of a gate remote and tehy try to sneak in something about the deposit being waved even though they require it in your initial payment. I'm sure they do this so they can screw you when you move out. I forget the lady's name, some ------- tribal name, she is the dumbest adult I have ever encountered. On other notes people park in any spot they want and the maintenance staff act like you are a whiner when you ask them to fix the sink that is leaking all over your kitchen. I paid my deposit and finished my paperwork 58 days before I moved and somehow the apartment was not ready when I moved in, they were still finishing it when I showed up to sign the lease. Idiots, all of them, I'll be gone as soon as my 6 month lease is up. This place is overpriced, operated by idiots and the apartments are tiny.
