I agree with the other resident who wrote a review. The "new" MEB Management is the worst anyone will ever have to deal with. Apparently the whole staff on grounds has "turned" since the new management has taken over the property. They do not seem to want to retain any existing residents, and apparently think that the propery is worth the "market rate" in the downtown Scottsdale location. The property is ugly and not built to code, even the "so-called new" accessible ramping and areas around the site. They could get sued for not building to code since it is a "renovation" to current construction. The Grounds Manager is NOT personable, nor is helpful. She writes notes and has an employee leave them at your door, yet does not attend to the residents in the complex. I have seen more people leave than stay on as a resident. Not one person I have spoken to in the complex wants to retain their rent status with this management group.
The dog poop on the grounds is disgusting, and no one cleans up after their dog. Several cats run around "stray" on the site. Even the property manager has a dog, and apparently doesn't seem to care if the grounds have poop all over, since she just walks over it and doesn't do anything to alevieate the problem.
