I LOVE THESE OLDER THICK WALLS BECAUSE I CANNOT HERE MY NEIGHBORS. I LOVE THAT THE PARK IS CONNECTED TO THE BACKSIDE OF THESE APARTMENTS AND YOU CAN BIKE, JOG OR WALK ON BIKE PATH OR BARB-QUE. NO BUGS IN THE SUMMER-NOT EVEN ONE HERE. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THEY PAINTED THE TUB WHICH LOOKED NICE AND WHITE AT FIRST, BUT HAS NOW CHIPPED OFF AND IT'S LOOKING PRETTY UGLY. THE REPAIR PEOPLE ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT FIXING STUFF THOUGH. I LOVE BEING SO CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND THE RENT IS GOOD FOR THE SCOTTSDALE AREA. THEY KEEP THESE APARTMENTS UP AND I GOT NEW PAINT, CARPET, TILE. I WENT ON A SMALL WAITING LIST WHEN APPLYING HERE.

I'm sorry you got on a waiting list to get screwed over. That really is unfortunate. The only response I can have to your review is that you must be working for them and under duress somehow. Good Luck. Oh, and btw, you say you can't "hear" your neighbors (which I doubt) but I am sure you cannot "here" your neighbors because that is not possible. Good luck on the new job - how much commission do you get?

Yup; I believe too that you are working for the apt. complex. The reality is 100% opposite of what you are saying. Apartments are outdated, poorly maintained, you have to pay a remodeling fee in order to get new carpet, you hear everything trough the walls as isolation is missing, high electricity bills, etc. This is the reality my friend.

This apartment complex is by far one of the worst that I have ever encountered.
I have never sued anyone before, but I had no choice when they continuously breeched their obligations as landlord.
I went to their office and demanded to be let out of my lease due to their failure to maintain.
They refused.
I hired a lawyer. Scottsdale Greens lawyer sent me several missives stating that I was leaving unlawfully, blah blah. The lawyer even filed a counter-claim against me for his "reasonable fees".
We then presented their lawyer with video of screen doors falling off, mold growth in the shower, water leaking from upstairs down into the bathroom, windows falling off hinges, positive air-born mold detection samples.
Suddenly they agreed to let me out of the lease.
If you move in here, I hope you don't get the apartment that I was in.
