The amount of money you pay a month is not worth the headache. This place has been through two management companies since I have lived here. Maintenance does not exist. It's a joke. Every time someone new moves in, they change your parking space. In two years, I have had three parking spaces. The office staff does not have a clue what is going on.

This apartment complex is by far one of the worst that I have ever encountered.
I have never sued anyone before, but I had no choice when they continuously breeched their obligations as landlord.
I went to their office and demanded to be let out of my lease due to their failure to maintain.
They refused.
I hired a lawyer. Scottsdale Greens lawyer sent me several missives stating that I was leaving unlawfully, blah blah. The lawyer even filed a counter-claim against me for his "reasonable fees".
We then presented their lawyer with video of screen doors falling off, mold growth in the shower, water leaking from upstairs down into the bathroom, windows falling off hinges, positive air-born mold detection samples.
Suddenly they agreed to let me out of the lease.
If you move in here, I hope you don't get the apartment that I was in.
