I lived here for a year and a half. While the location is great, the apartment and management staff are terrible! The apartments are cheaply remodeled if at all, have mold and other things in the walls from the Many water leaks (I had a shelf in the closet fall down and could see the crumbling drywall inside, and had water leak from the roof to my bottom floor apartment in the middle of the apartment). Also, I asked from my date of move-in for several things to be fixed, but ended up never getting them done (front door had a crack running through the locks and anyone could have pushed it open even when locked). Then the management took me to court to evict me for their billing error (they put the wrong bill on my door and when I paid that amount, I was never notified it was incorrect (hello phone call!), but was instead taken to court (which the judge through out the case) and still had to pay $200 in late fees (fighting the fees would have cost more in court and time). I will never live here again and would also seriously consider not renting from this company (the management group owns around 20 or so rental properties like this one)either!
