I moved to Scottsdale Springs in June of 2007. The location is absolutely perfect for me, so close to downtown and the highways, and i love the walking park right behind the complex. I haven't had any issues and just re-signed my lease. I am a young professional and have found the neighbors to be extremely nice and haven't had any issues with noise. The only negative is when i have had things that needed fixing (screen door, garbage disposal) I have had to ask more than 1x to have it fixed. But the maintenance staff is extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way assisting me in hooking up cable to my 2 bedrooms. No apartment complex is perfect, but I am very happy here overall. I think some of the people in the other reviews are way too nit picky and probably wouldn't be happy anywhere. For the size, quality and location you def won't find a better deal in Scottsdale in my opinion and i looked at a lot of places before moving here!

You think we are nit-picky . . . .wait till your apartment floods for 8 hours and you have to call the fire department because no one responds to the "emergency" mainenence line, or your car gets stollen . . .twice!
