This morning I found a sign in the laundry room stating that residents would be given $25 off of their next rent payment for evidence of a positive review on this site.

The apartments are adequate. The parking is adequate. The customer service is adequate. The best thing is it's next to the Scottsdale Green Belt; police and fire departments are about 5 minutes away. The hospital is in walking distance, as is Old town Scottsdale and the Scottsdale civic center. Scottsdale Community College is close enought to bicycle. In other words, the location is great and the apartments are ok.

Oh, the rent is reasonable for the area.

Wow gee I wonder why everyone is posting positive responses here. The Springs is horrible. They were doing work last week and we were supposed to receive advanced notice that they were turning the eletric off for at least an hour. I found out two minutes before hand. Anytime their staff comes to fix things they create more issues. No wonder they have to pay people for positive reviews.
