They reward anybody writing a good review on this site by $25 off of next month's rent.

I've lived here for five years. To put simply, the location is great. The apartments are built cheap. Most importantly, the management sucks!!!! Nothing really gets done on time for residents, although they did a good job renovating their office recently. If you make any maintenance request, someone will take a note like they take it seriously, but that's it. You have to repeat the same request at least three times, and sometimes it still doesn't get done. Always quite a few staff in office, and i'm wondering what they are doing.
