I am kinda confused. I have lived here over two years and haven't had any of those problems. Every time I have an issue, the office is polite and it gets handled. Sure, maybe not THAT SECOND, but what apartment complex would, it always gets handled in a timely manner.

My parking is great, I am handicapped and they gave me a special spot right by my apartment with a sign and reserved.

The office staff and maintenance staff have always been nice and responsive, even after hours.

I have a view of the golf course, its quiet and beautiful. For a Scottsdale location with these amenities and views, its very reasonably priced.

My apartment has been newly remodeled, it has a washer/dryer, gorgeous new cabinets and flooring and my building is very quiet. Maybe the folks having problems are in a noisy unit, if so, just ask to move...I have never had problems with noise here.

If they would let me sign a longer lease each time, I would. As it is, my Mom and I plan on being here for quite some time. To summarize, its gorgeous, priced reasonably for the area, and the view we have is amazing.

I think you should check it out, and see if it will suit you. It suits us down to a "T", and we wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Finally, someone who feels like I do. I have been reading other reviews that are very old, or from one disgruntled person who doesn't even live here anymore (and hasn't for over a year -- take a bow UofADave). I love it here. I am about to go pay my rent and see if I can get the 25.00 everyone keeps talking about. This review has NOT been paid for, it comes from my heart. I agree, folks should read all the reviews, but then come and see for yourself.

Disgruntled and rightfully so. This is the karma that Scottsdale Greens gets to reep. They would have been a lot better off letting us out of the lease quietly as I would probably then not be as motivated to post my experiences. But they went the greedy route and tried to sic the lawyer and opened the door right into their own face. As long as they are in business, I'll be right here sharing our story so that people can be informed and make their own decision. If you are happy there then good for you. Run over to the office and get your 25.00 pizza money. To any prospective renter - make sure you ask to see an actual unit when you stop in to view the property. They will try to sell you on their flashy floor model without showing you an actual unit which is much lower in quality (false adverstising). Also go to the Scottsdale police website and type in the zip code for this neighborhood and you will quickly see that the area is completely crime-ridden. And those gates you see out in the front open for anything and everyone at all hours day/night. Good luck!
