On the surface nice, but poor service

My roommate and I are becoming increasingly dissatisfied with this complex. The best thing it has to offer is that It's in a nice area. The location is close to Old Town, a golf course, and the Scottsdale Civic center. The apartments have been renovated, so on the surface this place seems like a deal. However, after living here for half a year we have learned that they pay poor attention to basic upkeep and maintenance. It takes forever for any work order to be addressed and fixed. The staff are impolite and condescending.
