This place is poorly managed. If you're prepared for broken promises on move in dates, ruined furniture from leaky ceilings, two weeks delay to get anything fixed, filthy laundry facilities, pet odors so strong you cannot open a window, pet droppings not picked up by owners, and hassles with other tenants taking your assigned parking, then this is the place for you.

You are not kidding about the pet droppings! And the garbage all over the property...the weeds are taking over our sidewalk and those stupid downed branches have been laying there forever! Oh and what's up with the old rusty metal pieces that used to be holding the bushes that they yanked out? And what about the re-shingling of the roof? I got a flat tire from those stupid nails that were scattered everywhere after they left, and I saw a truck today that has a flat as well...probably from the same thing. It is so bad I am afraid to let my toddler wander off the sidewalk. She might get a shingling nail in her foot or step in dog poo! It's hard to tell what's out there now that the weeds are up to her knees.
