I lived in a one bedroom apartment for one year with my boyfriend. We really loved them at first and thought the office people were wonderful. But after we went through our apartment and saw how much needed to be done, we were a little worried. They told us everything would be fixed before we moved in and nothing was. When we moved in we had dead cockroaches in the sink, the shower was filthy and the screens on the windows were missing. It really seemed like a shady place after a while. I repeatedly called the office and made work orders and no one ever came! We had one guy come in the whole year we lived there and he said he would replace our fridge since it made a horrible load noise and he never came back! Our neighbors had there apartment broken into by the people working on the apartments. He actually waiting again the next night and the guy came back at 3 a.m. with a crow bar. He couldn't believe it but the office management said it was his problem! There is never any doggy bags for your animals, and at night the parking lot and entrance ways are sometime never lit. It can be ******* scary. When we finally were able to move out the office made us pay hundreds of dollars for the screens that were missing since we moved in and for the carpets witch we explained to them that they never cleaned! This place was horrible, and the front office act like they are retarded. No one there knows how to do there job. They act like mannequins. I'm telling you know that these apartments are the worst apartments around! I've lived in quite a few and this was the worst experience i have ever had! Also! They say that if you refer people you get money, YEA RIGHT! I referred two people, and never saw a dime. I went in and filed the papers and everything and they just ignored me. They said I had to wait to talk to the manager "Peggy" who is the dumbest ----- I KNOW! She doesn't know how to run a place, she doesn't even know how to hire descent people. Uh! It makes me so mad to think about her. I swear if I would of been there one more month I would have slapped everyone in the office!!! Plus they say that its super cheap to move in and then they start adding ---- on! I was always 2 weeks earl with my rent, the apartment when left was immaculate and still they found a way to ---- me over!
