Living at Shadow Bend over the past few years has had it ups and downs. If you like a quiet setting, good maintenance, but little communication from office staff and few amenities, then this is the pace for you. There have been quite a few changes here over the past few months and rumor is it is on the market to be sold. My recommendation is to look real hard and make an informed decision before choosing Shadow Bend.
