getting louder

I have been a resident of Shadow Bend since May of 1999.(almost 5 years) It used to be a very quiet, out of the way complex. Over the last year of so, many children have moved into the complex. It is much more noisy now. There seem to be many single parent families in the complex. I'm sure Shadow Bend has a deal with the government to help subsidize these single parents.
