What a scam! Don't do it. Go someplace else where the business exchange has integrity. The management is poor and the property appears nice at an exterior glance except is really falling apart. The rent to own option was a complete rip off! Now out thousands considering legal recourse.

Contact the attorney general and the better business bureau. They have ripped off more than yourself. Right place properties / (red door group) has scammed a bunch of people with their lease purchase.
Also agree the place is falling apart. beware of plumbing problems, peeling paint etc. Stay away from this hole.
