An OK place to live... From: scholztec Date posted: 5/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   If you're looking for the ritz, this certainly ain't it. If, however, you are looking for something relatively cheap and near downtown Scottsdale, maybe you'll want to look here. Most of the fixtures and appliances looked their age (old), and the complex itself looks old. They have a courtesy (harassment) patrol, which was rude and obnoxious. If you have problems, as I did, I recommend you call the police to complain. It's not a bad complex overall, just fairly average. There are quite a few car break-ins, and many residents seem not to understand how to pick up after their pets.
