Quality of life for all tenants is not a concern for Shadow Ridge management. The onsite manager is very biased toward children who overrun the entire complex at will, shouting and screaming on a daily basis. Of course, this can be understood, considering she has personal connections to certain children on the premises. The manager is even very rude to tenants who always pay ontime, not even responding to a civil "Hello" in the office. The assistant manager is more agreeable, but of course she has only so much control over the situation. I made the mistake of renewing my contract for a year, and immediately thereafter my quality of life deteriorated markedly. Any time a dog barks a couple of times, one guy immediately shouts "Shut the f***ing dog up!" regardless of hour of day or night. Other neighbors play loud music regularly. Other neighbors have reported incidents of things being thrown at them. This complex had seemed quiet and agreeable when I signed up, but seems to be spinning out of control with noise and peace disturbance. There are some really nice folks living here, but they are overshadowed by noisy jerks. If you need peace, quiet and safety, youll get no support from management; look elsewhere.
