Shadow Ridge Apartments

long term renter From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2006 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006   I have lived at Shadow Ridge since '91 and have loved it. The landscaping attracted me to the place and has only gotten better as the trees have matured. There is lush, green grass everywhere. Walls, ceilings & floors are concrete, and the only thing I hear from my neighbors is water running if I happen to be in the bathroom the same time they are. I have referred several friends here and they say they love it, too. I receive $200 off my rent for every referral.There is plenty of parking for friends to visit, no circling the lot for someone else to leave. Location couldn't be better. We get on the canals and bike to the zoo, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town, Fashion Square, etc. Maintenance is awesome. They get it right the first time and quickly.My apartment was perfect when I moved in. The office staff is also awesome. They are friendly, professional and helpful and offer to replace the carpet every 5 years, whether I asked or not. I'm not going anywhere unless they tear the place down.
