Where to start. They have their own maintence staff that lives on the premises so that's good. The appliances are very outdated so are the countertops and light fixtures. There's not many screaming kids and the neighbors are pretty quiet. Thing is with the area where it's located and with the price and square footage it's a great deal. But you'll sacrifice certain things. Expect when it came down to renewing my lease for a second year, because of the recession a lot of people where downsizing and there were alot of vacant apartments. To deal with that they decided to run specials and bump down the rent. I had a 2 bed/2 bath and was paying approx &900, but in the special the same apt was $150 cheaper. I asked for the difference when i was to renew my lease and was told i coulndt receive it because it was only for new tenants. I ended up going someplace else down the street in Phx. I pa7 $200 cheaper for that i used to have and i have a nicer pool, gated premises, 24 hr fitness center, a doggy park, bussines center, washer and dryer included as well as a over the range microwave and ice maker in ref, and plenty of parking for my visitors.
