Very clean, perfect location, well managed and maintained From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 2 photos We purchased since the condo conversion in 2004. Very nicely done with quality materials and extras. We have a 2 bed/2 bath split floor plan. Lots of privacy for each bedroom/bath. The grounds and pool areas are very clean and well-maintained. We have not had any problems with infestations of any kind. I love the location-- we walk to AJ's, Starbuck's Flo's and many other great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful walking trails nearby. Close to 101.
