Don't Trust the people who work at Sonoran Vista

Believe me when I say that the people who work for Sonoran Vista don't have your best interest at heart.
I broke my lease under good faith and was told if I were to find a new tenant then I would not be penalized two months rent plus concessions. At which point I was given a form to fill out stating that I would be vacating in thirty days and that this was just to inform them of me vacating. (Nothing about breaking a lease) When I returned my thirty day notice form a few days later I was told that I may have to pay for my concession but she was not sure. I asked if she would find out for sure and get back with me, giving her my phone number to call me. She never called me. During this time I was able to find someone who would move in and take over my lease but was told that they had already rented my apartment out and I would still have to pay three and a half months rent even though there would be no vacancy. I was told that because I filled in a thirty day written notice to vacate that I had essentially breaking my lease and that because they had found another tenant to move in I could not change my mind now.
So be careful when dealing with this group.
