I would say Sonoran Vista has had a downfall in the last year. I moved into my apt. January 2004 and renewed my lease again in 2005.
This past year there have definatley been some negative changes to the complex.
The staff is rude, there is no place to park, and I called in to get my air filter changed at the end of November and it has still not been changed (and it's now January 9) meaning the maintenance is no longer like it used to be!!
My lease is up in a few months, and there is no way I would renew it! Im outta there!!
