Going Condo - This is a crappy place

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Since they're going CONDO now they cut back on services we are paying for. They paint over water stains instead of fixing the issues and they blow grass clipping all over the cars and patios! The cops are also a normal site for domestic squabbles and roudy teens afterhours in the pool! Did I mention the paper thin walls!!
This is NOT luxury living!
