i had to do all maintanence myself because no one would ever show up after countless calls. The staff was always a pain to deal with, they acted like it was such a bother to have to do anything. One time in particular after i had signed all the papers to move in w/ a roommate already living there they had not given me my keys so after a red eye flight back to az i had to go into the office to beg for my keys practically. The girl there almost bit my head off before i had even said anything because i was interupting her conversation, SORRY! She was so rude it was almost shocking i couldnt believe someone like that would be in a customer service related job! The only staff memeber there that was actually helpful and nice was michelle but other than that it was the reason i moved out asap.
