I moved to Sonoran Vista several weeks ago (remodeled 2 bedroom). Overall, I'm very happy here.
The unit itself is fantastic. I love the layout and the upgrades are great (cherry cabinets, hardwood floors, berber carpet, granite countertops, wood blinds). The rest of the complex is well maintained and generally quiet. I had a couple of very minor maintenance issues upon move in and they were both fixed within an hour. My one gripe is that there's only one swimming pool.
