I've lived at Sun King for about 5 years now, and despite the occasional minor problems plan to stay here for a long time to come. There are many reasons for that decision....
- The office staff has been very helpful, and are always friendly. Even when I've been in and out of the office a million times that day getting movies, and stamps and so on.
-The Maintenance guys are are always on top of thier game, and have even taken the time to jump my car when the battery was dead, and help me move furniture/ or hang pictures.
-The huge pool is probably the nicest in the valley.
-Its the only place I know of that has storage units available right on the property.
And lets just be honest- THE PRICE IS RIGHT!
oh, and to address two of the issues mentioned in prev. reviews the pigions haven't been too much of a problem since they installed those little screen contraptions on the top of the pillars & As far as the car break ins, I will admit that my car has been broken into here, but is your car really safe anyplace' The new night monitor guy seems to be out cruisin' around all the time, and I would think that any thief looking for an easy score would be pretty stupid to try it here.
So all in all, its a great place to live... and I should know I've lived in a few apartments that weren't!
