If you do not mind waiting a year and a half to have a hole fixed in your roof, or air conditioning that rots out your ceiling, this is the place for you. Add in the fact that children run amuck leaving the complex to supervise them, because their parents are too busy fighting or doing drugs. Looks are deceiving, what appears to be a nice complex is not. You are good if you are friends with the office staff, they will let you break every rule in the book, but if they do not like you, they will go out of their way to make you miserable. Management is extremely cliquish and unprofessional. They gossip frequently about residents to other residents and non-office staff disclosing personal information about the residents freely. If you let your children roam without supervision, like kissing the office staffs rear end and are not concerned about your privacy Sun King is the place for you.

This person was evicted for threatening children. We are so glad they got kicked out!!!!!

I don't think that people who stand outside screaming profanities and threatening to kill children are really looking for privacy, are they? I for one, as are many other residents are glad that you are gone! We hope all the people like you, take your advice and keep driving by. We will be pleased to keep this complex just how it is now, nice a quiet!
