I was very happy to see that Sun King does a complete back ground check on all persons applying for an apartment. They had a not so nice person in the rental office when I was renting an apartment. This person had a felony and was extremely upset that they could not rent an apartment. I would not be surprized if it wasn't the person who wrote the bad review dated 4-6-06.
I am very impressed with the office staff and they way they handle the rude person in their office. I can't wait to move in!

I am not a felon and I think that it is pretty sad that the office team writes good reviews to make there apartment community look good. I was told by a reliable source on how the apartment community really is with leaking roofs not being fixed the office staff on drugs and all the wacky people that live there. So if you ever go to Sun King ask a resident how it really is there and how there office staff treats there residents. And again I am not a felon I am 50 yrs just sold my house and was looking for a nice community to live. I own my own business and I know customer service skills are the key to that business. And let me tell you something those ladys in the office do not have them.

I was also interested in Sun King apartments but had a bad experience with the office team there. Brandy was extrememly rude to and so was her mgmt. So I agree with the first person and wtfmate grow up sometimes people make mistakes especially if they are upset or in a hurry
